Credits, plans and billing
What things cost, buying, plans, invoices and failed runs.
- What do things cost?Reading a site is free. An analysis is 100 credits, a deep one 200, a written page 25, a keyword check 5 per keyword. One analysis on its own is $29.
- How do I buy an analysis?Press Buy for $29 on the Credits page or on the paywall, pay by card on Stripe, and the credits are in your balance when you return.
- Which plan should I choose?One site, once: buy a single analysis. A few sites or drafts every month: Pro. Clients: Agency. You can start with one analysis and move to a plan later.
- What is a deep analysis and when is it worth it?Standard inspects 12 groups of keywords for 100 credits. Deep inspects 30 for 200. Deep suits large sites, agencies and sites with many distinct products.
- What happens to my credits if a run fails?Credits charged to a run that fails on our side come back to your balance automatically, within a minute of the failure.
- How do I change or cancel my plan?Open Manage Billing on the Credits page. Stripe's portal lets you switch between Pro and Agency, update the card, download invoices and cancel.
- Where are my invoices and receipts?Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, and every invoice is in the billing portal under Manage Billing.
- Can I get a refund?No. Purchases are final. Credits charged to a run that fails on our side are returned automatically, as credits.
- I paid but my credits have not arrivedRefresh the Credits page first; credits usually land within seconds. If they are still missing after a few minutes, send us the receipt and we add them by hand.
