Code of Ethics

Effective 22 September 2026 · Superstar SEO LLC · Questions to help@legiit.com

The standards every person at Superstar SEO LLC works to, and the ones we have built into Legiit Keywords itself.

1. Honesty and fairness

We tell the truth about what the Service does and does not do. We do not promise rankings, traffic or revenue, and we do not dress research up as certainty. When a keyword group is well served by what already ranks, the Service says so, even though "skip" is a less exciting answer than "build". We price openly, charge only when a run starts, and return credits when a run fails on our side.

2. Evidence over invention

Every claim the Service shows must trace back to a stored record: a live results page, a quote from a page that ranks, a search volume, a backlink figure. Phrases without measured demand are marked unverified rather than dropped or promoted. Where a written draft needs a fact the research did not contain, it shows a marked placeholder instead of a guess. We treat any output that breaks this rule as a defect.

3. Conflicts of interest

Legiit Keywords is a Legiit product, and its recommendations can point to categories of service sold on the Legiit marketplace. We disclose that relationship here and in the product. The recommendation itself, to build, improve or skip a page, is made from the research alone; it is never changed to sell a service. Team members disclose any personal interest in a customer, competitor or supplier and step away from decisions it could affect.

4. Confidentiality

Your sites, keywords, plans and drafts are yours. We look at them only to run the Service, to support you when you ask, or where the law requires. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use one customer's research to advantage another. Cached third-party search data is shared across accounts because it is public information about search results, never because it belongs to a customer.

5. Compliance with the law

We follow the laws that apply to us, including data protection, consumer protection, tax and export rules, and we expect the same of everyone who works with us. We only research websites their owners have asked us to, and we refuse work that would breach our Terms or the rights of others.

6. Care with company and customer assets

Access to production systems, customer data and money is limited to the people who need it, protected by strong authentication, and reviewed. We spend on third-party data and automated analysis carefully, because every dollar of it is ultimately paid by customers.

7. Respect for people

We treat colleagues, customers, suppliers and the people whose pages our research reads with respect. Discrimination, harassment and bullying are not tolerated; our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy says how we act on them.

8. Responsible use of automation

Large language models do much of the reading and writing in the Service. We choose them for quality, tell customers where they are used, keep a human able to inspect every judgment through the evidence panel, and never let a model invent a source.

9. Speaking up

Anyone who believes this Code has been broken can write to help@legiit.com. Reports are investigated in confidence and no one suffers for raising a concern in good faith. Breaches by team members are dealt with as a disciplinary matter, up to and including the end of the working relationship.
