Legiit Keywords produces keyword research, page recommendations, briefs and drafts from public search data and the pages that currently rank. Search engines change their results, their rules and their features without notice. Nothing in the Service is a promise that a page will rank, that traffic will arrive, or that revenue will follow. Decisions about what to build and publish are yours.

2. Automated output

Large language models judge keywords, assess pages and write briefs and drafts. They are good, and every judgment is tied to stored evidence you can inspect, but they can still be wrong. Check a recommendation against your own knowledge of your business before acting on it, and read a draft before you publish it. A draft's marked placeholders must be filled by a person.

3. Third-party data

Search volumes, rankings, results pages and backlink figures come from DataForSEO. Page content is read through Firecrawl. These providers estimate and sample; their numbers are indications, not measurements of your future traffic, and they may be incomplete or out of date. We pass them on as received and do not guarantee them.

4. Not professional advice

The Service does not give legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice, and a draft about such a topic is a starting point for a qualified person, not a finished product. You are responsible for making sure anything you publish complies with the laws and advertising rules that apply to you.

5. Other people's websites

The Service reads and quotes pages that rank for the keywords you research, and links to them as evidence. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or availability. Quotes are short and used only to show what a page does or fails to do for a searcher.

6. Legiit services

Recommendations may point to categories of service sold on Legiit, a marketplace run by the same group of companies as Superstar SEO LLC. That is a disclosed relationship, not an independent endorsement of any particular seller. Any purchase on Legiit is governed by Legiit's own terms.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but it depends on providers we do not control and may be unavailable or slow at times. Credits are returned automatically when a run fails on our side. We are not liable for loss caused by the Service being unavailable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Superstar SEO LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost rankings or lost data arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its output. The Terms set the overall cap on our liability. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
