Accessibility Statement

1. Our target

We aim to meet level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 across the public site and the app. Where a page falls short we would rather know than guess, so please tell us.

2. What we have done

• Every colour used for text and buttons was checked against its background for WCAG AA contrast, including the purple brand colour on white and on tinted panels.
• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone. Interactive elements show a visible focus ring, and dialogs and side panels trap focus while they are open and return it when they close.
• Form fields have labels, error messages sit next to the field they concern, and buttons say what they do rather than "click here".
• Status is never shown by colour alone. Verdicts, run states and reachability carry a word as well as a tint.
• Icons are decorative and hidden from assistive technology; the text next to them carries the meaning.
• Text resizes with your browser settings and the layout reflows down to a phone width without horizontal scrolling.
• Long documents such as briefs and drafts use real headings, lists and tables so that screen readers can navigate them.

3. Known limitations

• The keyword table is wide. On small screens it scrolls sideways inside its own container; the same data is available as a CSV export.
• Product screenshots on the home page are images of the app and carry a short description rather than a full transcript.
• Charts of search volume are bars with the number printed beside them; there is no separate long description.
• Pages hosted by Stripe for payment and billing follow Stripe's own accessibility work, which we cannot change.

4. Helpful browser settings

To make text larger, hold Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac) and press + to zoom in, or minus to zoom out; Ctrl or Command and 0 resets. All modern browsers also let you set a minimum font size, force your own colours, or turn on a reader view. Your operating system's accessibility settings for contrast, cursor size and screen reading apply to Legiit Keywords like any other website.

5. Tell us

If any part of the Service is hard to use with assistive technology, or you need a plan, brief or report in another format, email help@legiit.com. Say which page and what happened, and we will reply within ten working days. Accessibility problems are treated as bugs and fixed in the normal release cycle.

6. Review

We test with keyboard navigation and a screen reader before each significant release and review this statement every six months.
