Where are my invoices and receipts?
Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, and every invoice is in the billing portal under Manage Billing.
- Receipts are emailed by Stripe to the address you used at checkout, straight after each payment.
- Invoices for every purchase and renewal are listed under Invoice history in the billing portal. Open Credits, press Manage Billing, and download the PDF you need.
- Your business details. To have a company name, address or tax number on invoices, press Update information in the same portal before the next purchase. Existing invoices are not reissued.
The Ledger on the Credits page is a different thing: it records credits in and out, not money. Use the portal for anything an accountant needs.
