Modern Slavery Statement

1. Our position

Slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking have no place in our business or in the businesses we buy from. We will not knowingly work with any supplier or partner that uses them, and we act on any credible report that one does.

2. Our organisation and supply chain

Superstar SEO LLC builds and runs Legiit Keywords, a software service that researches keywords and recommends pages for websites. Our team is small, salaried or contracted directly, and works remotely. Our supply chain consists almost entirely of established software and data companies: cloud hosting (Vercel, Railway, Supabase), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), search data (DataForSEO), page reading (Firecrawl) and automated analysis (Anthropic). These suppliers operate in regulated markets where the risk of modern slavery is low, and each publishes its own policies on labour standards.

Legiit Keywords recommends services offered on Legiit, a marketplace where independent freelancers sell SEO and content work. Legiit's own terms require sellers to be of legal working age, to operate their own accounts and to be paid directly through the platform. Nothing in Legiit Keywords obliges anyone to buy those services.

3. Where the risk sits

The risk in a business like ours is indirect: hardware in data centres, and outsourced work somewhere down a supplier's chain. We manage it by buying from suppliers large enough to publish their own modern slavery, human rights and supplier codes of conduct, and by not engaging labour through intermediaries.

4. What we do

• We check a new supplier's public labour and human rights commitments before we depend on it.
• Our Code of Ethics, which every team member accepts, requires honesty, lawful conduct and fair treatment of people.
• Anyone, inside or outside the company, can report a concern to help@legiit.com. Reports are handled in confidence and without retaliation.
• We review this statement once a year and whenever our supply chain changes materially.

5. Training

Everyone who buys on behalf of the company is expected to know the signs of forced labour and trafficking and the steps to take if they suspect it. We keep that guidance short and practical, and revisit it during the annual review.

6. Effectiveness

We measure ourselves on three things: no supplier without a published labour standard, every concern raised answered within twenty working days, and this statement reviewed on time. We have received no reports of modern slavery in our operations or supply chain.
