Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Superstar SEO LLC ("we", "us") about your use of Legiit Keywords (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

1. What the Service does

The Service performs keyword research for websites you submit. It reads pages on those sites, collects search data from third-party providers, inspects pages that rank in search results and produces recommendations, keyword tables, briefs and reports. Parts of the output are generated by automated systems, including large language models. They are research aids, not guarantees of search rankings, traffic or revenue.

2. Accounts

• You sign in with an emailed link or a password. Keep your email account secure; anything done through your account is your responsibility.
• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
• One person may not run multiple accounts to collect extra trials, free reads or promotions.

3. Sites you submit

You may only submit websites you own, operate or are authorized to research on behalf of the owner. You are responsible for the site URLs, keywords, competitor domains and other inputs you provide. We may refuse or remove any site that appears to breach these terms or the law.

4. Credits and payment

• Creating an account and adding a site is free. The monthly plans offer a $1 trial: seven days on the plan with one full site research included and its decisions limited to the first until the plan starts. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan renews at its monthly price on the payment method you gave and continues monthly until cancelled from your account. One trial per account, one trial research per site and per domain. Research runs, written pages, keyword checks, topical maps and knowledge bases are paid for with credits. Prices per run type are shown in the app and may change; we will not change the price of a run you have already started.
• Credits are bought as one-off purchases or granted monthly by a plan. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply where you are.
• Plans renew monthly until you cancel from the billing portal. Canceling stops future charges at the end of the paid period; credits already in your balance stay there.
• Credits are charged when a run starts. If a run fails for a reason on our side, charged credits are returned automatically.
• All purchases are final. Credits and plan payments are not refundable for any reason, including unused credits, a canceled plan, or dissatisfaction with a result. The one exception is automatic: credits charged to a run that fails on our side go back into your balance as credits. Where the law where you live gives you a right that cannot be waived, that right applies.
• Bought credits do not expire while your account exists.
• Credits have no cash value outside the Service and cannot be transferred between accounts.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to:

• research or target sites you have no right to work on;
• scrape, resell or redistribute the underlying third-party data as a dataset;
• attempt to access other users' data, bypass credit limits or interfere with the Service;
• submit content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

6. Your data and our results

You own the inputs you submit. You may use the recommendations, briefs, keyword tables and reports produced for your sites for any lawful purpose, including sharing them with clients. We keep research results, cached search data and page snapshots to run the Service, to let you reopen past runs and to avoid buying the same data twice. Cached third-party data may be reused across accounts; your site profile, runs and recommendations are only visible to you, to people you share a report link with, and to our administrators for support.

Customer messages you upload. When you upload your customers' messages (support emails, chats, call transcripts or survey answers), you confirm you have the right to share them and to have them processed by automated tools, and you remain the controller of any personal data in them. We act as your processor: we remove email addresses, phone numbers, order and account numbers and the names in greetings before storing them; we process them only to research and write for the site you uploaded them to, following your instructions given through the Service; our staff and the subprocessors named in the Privacy Policy (Supabase, Railway, Anthropic) access them only for that purpose and under confidentiality; we help you answer requests from the people concerned; we tell you without undue delay if we learn of a breach affecting them; and we delete them when you remove the file, the site or your account. Do not upload reviews copied from platforms whose terms forbid it, such as Trustpilot, G2, Capterra or Yelp.

7. Third-party data

Search volumes, rankings, results pages and backlink data come from DataForSEO. Page content is read using Firecrawl. Automated analysis uses Anthropic's Claude models. These providers have their own terms and availability; we are not responsible for errors or gaps in their data.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms by email or in the app. The Disclaimer explains the limits of research produced by automated systems from third-party data.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Account settings or by emailing help@legiit.com; we delete the account and its sites, runs and results as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

11. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, tell us first: our Complaints Policy sets out how we respond and how to escalate. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, and disputes that cannot be resolved between us will be handled by the state and federal courts located in South Carolina, without prejudice to any consumer rights you have where you live that cannot be waived.
