Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy

Effective 22 September 2026 · Superstar SEO LLC · Questions to help@legiit.com

How Superstar SEO LLC treats the people who work with us and the people who use Legiit Keywords.

1. Scope

This policy covers everyone who works for or with Superstar SEO LLC, whether employed, contracted or freelance, and everyone who uses Legiit Keywords or contacts us for support. It applies to recruitment, pay, promotion, day-to-day conduct, the way we design the product and the way we write to customers.

It protects against discrimination on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment or gender identity, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, colour, nationality or ethnic origin, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, and any other characteristic protected by the law where a person lives or works.

2. Our commitment

  • We treat people as individuals, fairly and with respect, and we expect the same from everyone who represents us.
  • We recruit and reward on ability and contribution, not on who someone is or where they come from.
  • We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, bullying or victimisation, and we act on it when it is reported.
  • We make reasonable adjustments so that disability is not a barrier to working with us or using the Service.
  • We design the product so that it can be used with a keyboard, a screen reader and enlarged text, and we write it in plain language. Our Accessibility statement says where we stand.

3. Responsibilities

The management of Superstar SEO LLC is accountable for this policy and for setting the example. Every team member is responsible for their own conduct and for speaking up when they see something wrong. Anyone who writes customer-facing text or builds a feature is responsible for checking that it does not exclude people it need not exclude.

4. Raising a concern

Team members can raise concerns with management directly or by email to help@legiit.com. Customers can use the same address or the Complaints Policy. Concerns are handled in confidence, promptly and without retaliation against the person who raised them. Where a concern is upheld we put it right, and breaches by team members are treated as a disciplinary matter up to and including the end of the working relationship.

5. Monitoring and review

We are a small company and do not collect diversity statistics about our team; we review how we hire, pay and promote for fairness instead. We review this policy every year, and sooner if the law changes or a complaint shows it is not working.
