Can I get a refund?
No. Purchases are final. Credits charged to a run that fails on our side are returned automatically, as credits.
Purchases of credits and plan payments are not refundable, for any reason, including unused credits, a cancelled plan or a plan you disagree with. Every analysis buys live search data and reads every page that ranks, and those costs are paid the moment the run starts.
What you do get back

- Credits from a run you stop return in full.
- Bought credits never expire while your account exists, and cancelling a plan keeps the balance.
Before you buy
Read your site's free profile, open the public sample plan, and check What things cost. If you are unsure whether the tool suits your site, ask us first at the contact page; we would rather answer a question than take a payment that does not help you.
Where the law where you live gives you a right that cannot be waived, that right applies. The full wording is in the Terms.
