Credits, plans and billing

I paid but my credits have not arrived

Refresh the Credits page first; credits usually land within seconds. If they are still missing after a few minutes, send us the receipt and we add them by hand.

Credits are added twice over, to be safe: once when Stripe tells us the payment succeeded, and again when you land back on the app, whichever comes first. The second one is a no-op if the first already ran, so you can never be granted twice, and you should never be granted zero times.

Check these first

  1. Refresh the Credits page. The balance at the top and the ledger below should show a Purchase line.
  2. Did the payment complete? Stripe emails a receipt for every successful payment. No receipt usually means the checkout was closed before paying, or the card was declined. Try again.
  3. Same account? The credits go to the account that was signed in when you pressed Buy. If you have two email addresses, check the other one.

If you paid the $1 trial fee

The dollar does not buy credits. It starts a seven-day trial of your plan, and the plan's credits arrive when the trial ends and the first month is charged, or at once if you press Start Pro Now and Unlock on a locked plan. Until then the balance stays at zero and that is expected. See What is the $1 trial?.

If it is still missing

Email help@legiit.com with the receipt or the last four digits of the card and the time of the payment. We match it to the Stripe record and add the credits the same day.
