From a page decision to a brief to a written page.
- What is in a brief?Everything a writer or developer needs to build the page without seeing the research: title, meta description, keywords, audience, the angle, an outline with notes, questions to answer, what to beat in each top result, internal links and a word count.
- How do I write a draft?Press Write the Draft on a page in the plan. Twenty-five credits, a few minutes, and the full page appears with its title tag, meta description, slug, internal links and a rule check.
- What is the rule check on a draft?An automatic check of the finished draft against the platform writing rules and your site's own: banned phrasing, structure and length. It reports, it does not rewrite facts.
- Where do the numbers in a draft come from, and what does it ask me for?From your business's own facts and from named public sources, never from the writer's imagination. The page is finished as written, with nothing to fill in; a number only you could supply is written around, and asked for once beside the draft in case you want it in.
- How do I write the pages of a map in batches?Tick pages on the Map tab and press Write. Each page gets its brief and its full draft, 30 credits a page, up to 50 a batch, in publish order, with a checkpoint after every page.
- How do versions and editing work?Every draft you write is kept as a numbered version. Edit any of them in place; your edits are stored separately and can be discarded to get the generated text back.
- What are the title tag, meta description, slug and FAQ schema blocks?The on-page package: everything besides the body text a page needs to be published well. Each has a copy button.
- How long does writing a draft take, and can I leave?Three to six minutes for most pages, longer for a 6,000-word piece. Leave the page; it refreshes itself and the draft is there when you come back.
- Can I write a page the plan skipped?Not directly, because a skipped group has no brief. Change what led to the skip and run again, or check the keywords on their own.
- How do I get the work done on Legiit?Every page in your plan ends with a job post you can paste into a Legiit order, plus links to the freelancer categories for each kind of work involved.
