- How do I share a plan with a client or colleague?Press Export and Share on the plan and create a share link. Anyone with the link reads the plan, the openings and the keywords without signing in. Revoke it any time.
- How do I export the keywords?Export and Share on the plan gives you a CSV of every keyword in the run with volume, difficulty, intent, position, group, status and source.
- How do I export a brief?Download Brief on a page in the plan saves the brief as Markdown, ready to send to a writer.
- How do I export a draft?Markdown or HTML from the buttons at the top of the draft. HTML includes the title tag, meta description and FAQ schema in the head.
- How do I print a plan or save it as a PDF?Open the share link and print from the browser. The shared plan is laid out for paper, and Save as PDF in the print dialog gives you the file.
