How do I send the knowledge base to my client?
Create a review link. Without an account, your client reads the answers, unticks any they don't want and, if they like, answers the questions their site doesn't. Each change records the name and email they type.
Last updated Oct 7, 2026, 12:00 AM
On the Knowledge base tab, under Send to your client, type the client's name and, if you want us to send it, their email, then press Create Link. The link is shown once; copy it. We store only its fingerprint.
What the client can do
They see the same list you do: the answers, written from their own site, by category, every one ticked. They can open any to read it.
- Untick any answer they don't want on the site, and press Save. Ticking it again puts it back.
- Answer the questions their site doesn't answer yet, if they like. A sentence or two in their own words, saved as theirs.
- On a site about money, health, legal matters or safety, they can also confirm the prices and policies the answers quote, or type the correct version under any that is wrong. The named reviewer still approves the answers, on your Publish page.
Publishing stays with you: when they're done, press Publish on the Answers tab. See How do I publish the knowledge base?.
What is recorded
Every change records the name and email typed on the page, the time, and that it came through the review link. The link works for 30 days; revoke it from the same card at any time. If the site's shared plans are white labelled, the email carries your agency's name.
