How do I print a plan or save it as a PDF?
Open the share link and print from the browser. The shared plan is laid out for paper, and Save as PDF in the print dialog gives you the file.
- Create a share link for the plan and open it.
- Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Command+P (Mac).
- Choose a printer, or Save as PDF as the destination, and print.
The shared plan hides navigation and buttons when printed and keeps the decisions, evidence and keyword table. Revoke the link afterwards if the plan should not stay reachable.
