How do I print a plan or save it as a PDF?
Open the share link and print from the browser. The shared plan is laid out for paper, and Save as PDF in the print dialog gives you the file.

- Create a share link for the plan and open it.
- Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Command+P (Mac).
- Choose a printer, or Save as PDF as the destination, and print.
The shared plan hides navigation and buttons when printed and keeps the decisions, their verdicts, evidence and keywords. Untick Headers and footers in the print dialog if you do not want the browser to print the date and the link address on each page. Revoke the link afterwards if the plan should not stay reachable.
A white-labeled site prints with your logo and name at the top and "Prepared for [client]" under the title; see How do I white-label a shared plan?.
During a trial
Printing and exports wait until the plan is unlocked; a locked trial plan prints only what it shows on screen, the one open decision.
