How do I share a plan with a client or colleague?
Press Export and Share on the plan and create a share link. Anyone with the link reads the plan, the openings and the keywords without signing in. Revoke it any time.
- On the site's Plan tab, press Export and Share.
- Under Share a read-only link, press Create a Share Link.
- Copy the link and send it.
What the link shows
A read-only version of the plan for that run: the headline, every page decision with its evidence, the groups and the keyword table, laid out for reading and printing. It does not show your other sites, your credits or anything about your account, and nobody can change anything through it.
Revoking
Each link is listed under Export and Share with the date it was made. Press Revoke and the link stops working immediately. Create as many links as you like, for example one per client, and revoke them one at a time.
Which run
A link points at the run it was created from. After you run the research again, create a new link for the new plan; the old one keeps showing the old plan until you revoke it.
