How do I export the keywords?
Export and Share on the plan gives you a CSV of every keyword in the run with volume, difficulty, intent, position, group, status and source.
- On the Plan tab, press Export and Share.
- Press CSV under Keywords.
The file opens in any spreadsheet. One row per keyword, including dropped and unverified ones, with:
- keyword, normalised form, status and the reason;
- monthly volume, difficulty, cost per click and intent;
- your current position and page, where you rank;
- the group it belongs to and the group's verdict and decision;
- where the keyword came from: database, your rankings, a competitor, or customer language.
The report
Markdown under Report exports the plan itself: the headline, every decision with its evidence and brief. It reads well in any Markdown editor and pastes into most documents.
