Troubleshooting
When something did not go as expected.
- The sign-in link did not arriveCheck spam, wait a minute, confirm the address, and request a new link. Each link works once, for an hour.
- The site could not be readThe site blocked our reader, was down, or is not a normal website. Check the address, try again, and if the site blocks bots, allow ours or describe the business instead.
- My research run is stuck or failedA run that shows no progress for more than fifteen minutes has usually hit a provider slowdown and will resume on its own. A failed run returns your credits and can be run again from where it stopped.
- The research found no keywords, or very fewUsually the profile's topics were too narrow, too branded, or the market was wrong. Broaden the seed topics, check the market, and run again.
- Every page in my plan was skippedThe results for every inspected group were either well served or out of reach for your site. The reasons are on the rows; the usual fix is building authority first or aiming at narrower groups.
- My draft failed to writeThe writing provider was unavailable or the page could not be checked. Credits come back automatically; press Write the Draft again.
- A page will not load or looks wrongRefresh, then try a private window. If it persists, tell us the address, the browser and what you saw.
- Why does my map have fewer pages than its size? The size is a ceiling, not a promise. A page is earned by passing the page test; the map holds as many earned pages as the size allows, and shows the topics beyond that as held in reserve.
- Why isn't a question in my knowledge base?Your list holds only answers written from your own site or your own words. A question is missing when your site doesn't answer it, when too much of its answer couldn't be traced, when your site changed, or when it was left out. Answer it in your own words and it joins the list.
