Troubleshooting

The sign-in link did not arrive

Check spam, wait a minute, confirm the address, and request a new link. Each link works once, for an hour.

  1. Wait a minute. Delivery is usually instant but can take a minute or two.
  2. Check spam and promotions. The email comes from no-reply@legiitkeywords.com. Add it to your contacts so the next one lands in the inbox.
  3. Check the address. A typo in the address means the link went nowhere. Request again with the address spelled exactly as you registered it.
  4. Use the newest link. Each link works once, for an hour. If you requested twice, the older one no longer works.
  5. Open it where you want to be signed in. The link signs in the browser that opens it, on any device.

A link shows that message when it was already used, when a newer link replaced it, or after an hour. Send a new link and use the newest email. Links sent before 1 October 2026 only worked in the browser that asked for them, so they often failed when a phone's mail app opened them in its own browser. New links work in any browser.

Company email filtering

Some company mail systems quarantine automated messages. Ask your administrator to allow no-reply@legiitkeywords.com, or use a personal address.
