What are the three verdicts on a page, and what does "cannot call yet" mean?
Every page decision shows Fit, Clicks and Value, each computed from stored records with the table it came from, plus how much evidence sits behind the call.
Under every page in your plan you will see three words and an evidence label, for example Fit Strong · Clicks Weak · Value Fair · Moderate evidence. They answer the three questions that decide whether a page is worth building, and each one is worked out from records we store, not from a model's opinion.
| Verdict | The question it answers | What it is computed from |
|---|---|---|
| Fit | Do these searchers want what the business sells? | How many of the group's keywords were judged a fit for your profile, what the searchers are trying to do (buy, compare, learn, fix), which offering they map to, and the opening in the current results. |
| Clicks | Does the results page still send clicks to a page like yours? | Whether an AI Overview sits above the results, which other features answer before a click (featured snippets, shopping, maps, video), how many ads are on the page, how many forum threads rank, and where you rank today. |
| Value | Are there buyer signals? | What advertisers pay per click for these keywords, buyer words in the searches (price, hire, near me, best, vs), the share of keywords with buying or comparing intent, and how many of the ranking pages already sell something. |
Each verdict is Strong, Fair, Weak or Unknown. Open a page and the panel called "The three verdicts" lists every line behind each one, with the table it came from in small type, such as serp_snapshots.ai_overview or keywords.cpc. If a line looks wrong you can check it against the evidence drawer on the same page.
The evidence label
Next to the three verdicts is how much stored evidence the whole decision rests on.
- Strong evidence: a stored results page, three or more ranking pages read, measured volume for most of the keywords, and a confident strength check.
- Moderate evidence: a results page and at least one ranking page read; some keywords lack measured volume.
- Thin evidence: a results page but few pages read, or mostly unverified volumes. Treat the call as a lead, not a plan.
- Cannot call yet: too little stored evidence to decide either way.
What "cannot call yet" means
We would rather say nothing than guess. When a group has no stored results page, no gap analysis or no keywords with measured demand, the page keeps its suggested action but is marked Cannot call yet and moved below the pages we can call. The experiment line on that page says the cheapest thing to check first. Running the research again after the cache has expired, or checking the group's keywords with a keyword check, usually fills the gap.
Why three verdicts instead of one score
A single score hides which part is weak. A page can fit the business perfectly and be worth nothing because an AI Overview takes the clicks, or send plenty of clicks that never buy. Keeping the three apart tells you what to do about it: a weak Clicks verdict points you to where to get mentioned; a weak Value verdict says the page is for reach, not revenue.
