Account and privacy
What do you store about me, and who can see it?
Your email, name and sign-in records; the sites, keywords and settings you submit; the research results; a Stripe customer reference; and server logs for 90 days. Only you and our support staff can see your research.
The short version of the Privacy Policy:
What we store
- Account. Email, display name, a password hash if you set one, and sign-in records.
- What you submit. Sites and their settings, competitor domains, keywords you paste, profile edits, feedback on pages.
- Research results. Everything a run produced, so you can reopen it and so a rerun can reuse it.
- Billing. Your Stripe customer reference, plan and the ids of your purchases. Card details never reach us.
- Logs. Standard server logs for 90 days.
Who can see it
You, and our support staff when you ask for help. Anyone who has a share link you created can read that plan until you revoke it. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Where it goes
To the providers that run the service, under contract: Supabase, Vercel and Railway for hosting, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, DataForSEO and Firecrawl for search data and page reading, Anthropic for the automated analysis. Your inputs are not used to train models. The GDPR Policy has the detail for people in the EU and UK.
