How do I delete my data or my account?
Both are at the bottom of Account settings. Delete All My Data removes every site and its research and keeps the account; Delete My Account removes everything, including credits.
Deleting your data
Delete All My Data in Account settings removes every site you added with all of its research: profiles, runs, keywords, evidence, decisions, briefs, drafts and share links. Your account, sign-in and credit balance stay, so you can start again.
Type DELETE to confirm. This cannot be undone.
Deleting your account
Delete My Account removes your sites and research, your credits, your billing record and your sign-in. Type your email address to confirm. If you have a plan, cancel it first from Manage Billing, or it stops at the end of the paid period with no way to use the credits.
Payment records we must keep for tax purposes are kept for seven years, without any way to sign in. Cached third-party search data that contains no account details stays in the shared cache.
