Research and results
Where does the data come from?
Search volumes, rankings, results pages and backlink strength from DataForSEO; pages read through Firecrawl; judgment from Anthropic's Claude models working on that stored evidence.
| What | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Search volumes, difficulty, cost per click, related keywords | DataForSEO's keyword databases, which are built from Google Ads data and clickstream estimates |
| Live results pages, including AI overviews, People Also Ask and forum results | DataForSEO's live Google results for the market you chose |
| What your site and comparable sites rank for | DataForSEO's ranked-keywords database |
| Domain strength and backlink figures | DataForSEO's backlink index |
| The text of your pages and of the pages that rank | Firecrawl, which fetches and converts pages to readable text |
| Customer discussions | Firecrawl search over public forums and communities |
| Relevance judgments, page reviews, gap analysis, feasibility, decisions, briefs and drafts | Anthropic's Claude models, working only on the material above |
Caching
Every third-party response is stored with the run and reused: a results page fetched for one keyword and market is not bought again for a week. That is why a rerun is faster, and why the Cost tab on a run shows some calls as cached.
Markets
Volumes and results are for the market set on the site: the country and language of the searchers. Change it in the site's Settings tab before running if your customers are elsewhere.
